"Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are self service kisoks in the hote to check in and outl. The staff seemed to be on hand to help you without even asking. Location is very good, close to train stations, bus stops and tram stops. The room was clean. Would recommend."

"This is a great hotel, better than the other five star hotel I stayed in Oslo a week ago. The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. Alexander at the front desk is one of the best i have met. My son accidentally broke the glass lamp in the room. They sent people to our room to clean up in the mid of the night. The lamp is not cheap. I offered to pay for the damage. Alexander said no need. It was an accident. It happens. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Very centrally located - 15 min. walk to City Hall harbor docks. Quiet area. Great breakfast and allows pre/post stay luggage storage. Self check-in very easy and room was ready earlier than expected. Friendly staff."
