Horrible
Room wasnt ready and clean at 4pm. Train, carousel ect were not operating because of heat. Restaurant sent us outside to wait in the heat for a table. Took over an hour for our food. Horrible experience.

everything was great. staff was all great with exception of the woman who checked us in. there was a sign in the door saying be back in 15 minutes and when she returned she seemed distracted and just wanted to get me checked in and get back to what she was doing.

Stayed after being all day at the renaissance faire.The room is nice for the price. Checking in and finding the office was exhausting though. The office closes at 5pm. The transactions are carried out at chevron foodmart next door, but the signage is so small. Almost just left, but my friend saw a tiny sign stating to go to the chevron for rooms. The actual transaction with the staff was fine. They dont allow you to pay in cash.

RV camp or hotel?
Upon arrival I thought I was at an RV camp but soon found the Inn. The room was very clean, bed comfy. Shower water pressure strong, too strong for Ca. Front desk closed at 5pm, fortunately all was well. Local restaurant within walking distance has very good good.

Great place to stay
It was great, I really like this hotel, it’s clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. There’s a nice pool to swim in and play ground for the kids. The staff is super nice, friendly people. I would Definitely stay again and recommend to everyone I know.

Arrive around 5pm and the rv/inn office was close. No instructions how to check in when the rv/inn office close. on Expedia listed office open 24 hours. Called number listed for the inn a couple times but no answer. Asked the guest around but no one know where to check in after 5pm. Finally went to the gas station and asked. After hour check in at the gas station. Should have this check in information for after rv/inn office close

Waste of money
With no clear signage or directions we circled around the property a couple times to find the Inn. Check in started at a Gas Station, I should have walked away at that point. Booked room was a non-smoking room however room stank of smoke. No luck reaching anyone at the property. Will not stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! We can’t wait to come back. The beds were perfect for rest and relaxation. The shower was so nice and my daughter loved being so close to her favorite train.
