「Water pressure was extremely low and they didn’t have any wash rags available. Had to leave the shower on 20 minutes for it to get warm not hot. Other than that hotel was nice and clean」

「A/C went out but they fixed it. Then keys wouldn't work..not even the staffs..they had to use crowbar to break into the room, figured out they needed to change lock battery, keyed us new keys which then wouldn't work again, finally got that fixed. I wanted a receipt at the end of our stay but said since I booked thru Expedia they couldn't give me one..that's what I'm most upset about. I still want a receipt and can't get it thru them or Expedia.」

「The room was very clean, great AC, really good beds. They women cleaning and working the front desk are phenomenal. Will be staying there again.」

「We have stayed here several times under different brands. But this place currently needs a serious renovation in the rooms. We had several flies in our room. There were ants crawling all over in the breakfast area Pool was shut down but is everytime we are there. Breakfast is pretty lame and lacks a lot compared to other complimentary breakfasts.」

「The property was clean. The rooms were clean. It would’ve been nice if the refrigerator had a freezer so that I could freeze my travel bags for my medication and they probably need to do a little more service on their pet area and supply bags.」
