「I found blood on the towel, and it made me feel really disgusted, especially since I had used it without knowing. Before staying at this hotel, we had already been traveling for two weeks and stayed in three different hotels. However, this hotel made me feel very uncomfortable. We appreciate the hotel’s environmentally friendly philosophy, but basic cleanliness should still be maintained, especially since blood can be a source of disease transmission」

「My room did not get cleaned in 2 days. I went to the desk to complain after the first day and asked for more towels. Never received the towels or the room was never cleaned. Asked for refund for buffet I prepaid for on the 15th & also the 18th because we left too early and breakfast wasn't out. The buffet was terrible, food was old and tough and not warm at all. 「Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. 「位置雖然有點偏僻，但就轉機/暫住一宿來說是個完美的選擇，相當安靜舒適，有獲得充分休息。我訂的房型有一張雙人床和沙發床，三人入住完全沒問題，空間很寬敞，沙發床甚至睡兩人也行。之前看到有些評論寫道覺得空間太狹窄，大概都是歐美人士吧，這空間對亞洲人來說真的綽綽有餘。前台人員也很友善專業，整體來說是很棒的體驗。」
