「We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. 「VERY COMFORTABLE」

「Place looked like an abandoned building , this was not a hotel it is hostel , it says or at least pictured with a private bathroom and it was not , this was a shared bathroom and kitchen with at least another 4 rooms , it was dirty , unsafe , weird people inside and outside the building , a trash container just right in front of the main entrance with people searching in it for sonething a guy was urinating just aside the container , this was a complete fraud , i purchase the cancellation...

「If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
