No Housekeeping, which is a change from the last time I stayed. When requesting a room accommodation or housekeeping, I was given short excuses. When I voiced disappointment, I was given a longer explanation of the reasons why the hotel could not accommodate. I do not intend on staying in the future, as they do not value my business, and the front desk/text contact is not effective at addressing customer requests. If her job is to provide excuses for why accommodations cannot be provided, recommend using an AI chatbot or just a simple chatbot.
