"Tina was amazing. She checked on our arrival time, and was waiting for us when we arrived. Freshly baked cookies to offer upon arrival, showed us to our accommodations. She took us on a brief walk around the grounds to show us the animals and the barn. "I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "
