The hotel staff were very friendly, the food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was small especially the bathroom but overall the hotel is very nice.

Our stay was great! No complaints. Just a note that there is no elevator so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs and the hotel sits on a cemetery so the corner rooms have a view of the cemetery. Didn’t have any creepy/haunted vibes though! Ha was a nice stay for one night.

everything was great except for the bathrooms. there was SO much mold on the shower walls and in the shower head. also hair on the shower walls from whoever was in the room before us lol.

One of the worse hotels I have stayed in. Apart from the receptionist who was very helpful and courteous upon our arrival, simple checkin however, the rest of the staff were quite blunt and really could not be bothered. I knew we have made a wrong choice as soon as we entered our very dated room which was on the second floor. Please be aware that there is no lift in this hotel, (we managed but other people may struggle). Tea and coffee making facilities were a joke! One item of each and paper cups! (what's that all about?) no milk sachets. Bathroom was tiny. Room was clean but cheap metal tables and a plastic kettle with a lead that did not reach the power socket, there was an extension lead under the table which we had to use. BREAKFAST WAS DISGUSTING! Food in the stainless hot plates was COLD!! We arrived just before 8:45 and there was just a few rashes of bacon that looked like they had been there since 7am, a solid piece of hard cold scrambled egg, a few little sausages and beans which was all cold! (see pictures). I asked the blonde lady if I could have an omelette and was told no, I asked if there was any other egg choices available and was told no just scrambled eggs. Bread was stale and only one yogurt of the first day. We complained and the following morning was no different. Coffee was awful and staff attitude was even worse. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Very nice hotel. No elevator but staff was happy and willing to carry your luggage to your room. Restaurant was delicious. Places to sit and relax and enjoy the view.

We were given a room in the buidlings in front of the actual hotel. The staff member told us these rooms were more modern than the actual hotel ones but I don't believe it. The rooms are really minimum with no real space and the bathroom's curtain is like a Dollar Tree one quality. I felt staying at a 1960- 70's hotel, although it was clean

This hotel was smaller rooms and you could hear everything through the walls. Otherwise it was nice. dining options for dinner and breakfast.

Our room was not part of the main building, and we didn't realize there were multiple buildings. We were sent down the hill and across the street to our building. Our room was more like a hostel than a hotel, although it did have a private bath. The balcony was nice to have.

We went for the "standard double or twin room". It states "2 twin beds or 1 king". We requested the king. We got 2 twin beds in a room that really didn't resemble the pictures... and they were quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was very good which helped.

The property is clearly dated and could use updates, especially in rooms. It was impossible to not get water everywhere if you use the shower, which is probably why it smelled mildewy. Otherwise staff friendly, nice views, and close to town.

Host at the desk checking us in was very nice and informative of the area. Mountain view was amazing and was lucky enough to catch the Northern Lights right from our hotel window and then at the hotel patio!!! The bathroom heated floors were great!!! Loved everything and would stay here again.

In simple words, avoid this property at all costs. Value to money spent is negative. Rooms are in makeshift buildings with matchbox rooms size. This hotel makes Motel 8 and Super 6 motel look luxurious. The sink in the bathroom is for kindergarten kids. Room quality is so poor. Mattress is hard and uncomfortable. Reception staff for me was a rude and inhospitable man. I felt robbed for the money they charged. I’ll caution all Americans from staying here

We were given a room in an outside property that appeared quite old, compared to the main building. Breakfast was average with hard bacon, tough scrambled eggs, sausages and baked beans as well as bread, stale mini muffins, fruit and cereal. Overall quite average.
