「The twins bed room was very small, old and when we first in there was bad smell from the toilet. We asked for changing the room but were told hotel was full and then they didn’t have any follow up. 「I do not recommend this location. There is really no communication. First it is challenging to drive to and there really isn't parking. I received an email saying to contact them if i would like their parking and zero response. The only parking i could find was much further than you would want to park and then go up a large hill to get to the room. I did go in the room and it is dark and depressing and just a no. 「The reservation was cancelled without any notification or prior warning. I arrived at the auto-check-in machine, which informed me that my reservation had been cancelled because I wanted to check in one day later. According to the terms and conditions published on hotels.com, cancelling a reservation is not an explicit consequence of a later check-in.
