「The hotel was excellent from staff to food to bar to large, spacious room to pool and Spa. Only complaints would be that the towels were very thin and small and the shower was on the side wall making the the shower a little narrow. 」

「the room was clean, the staff was friendly and everything was in the room that I needed. I did pick this hotel as it advertised a gym, however there was no free weights in the gym and only 3 pieces of equipment (maybe 4) so I had to go to a gym in soelden still. I may have stayed in another hotel if I had realised how sparse the gym was. A single bench and some free weights up to 50 lbs would have been adequate to avoid this and would have allowed me to give it more stars.」

As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros.
