「This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip 」

「We spent a lovely Christmas here, they made it very special for us. The hotel is clean and staff is amazing. Ski bus is great but i8t is helpful to have your own vehicle if you do not wish to use a taxi service. The taxi was readliy avaiable and affordable ride to and from the villiage or Gondola. Highly recommend staying here it has a gorgeous view and property grounds to explore s well. 」

Darüber hinaus gab es einen tollen Spa-Bereich und einen großen Außenpool. Die ganze Anlage war in einem hervorragenden Zustand und super sauber. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, was für uns allerdings ein kleineres Problem darstellte. Ein Kühlschrank war leider nicht im Zimmer. Alles in Allem aber ein...

「No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out. 」

「Das Zimmer war sehr schön, wenn auch etwas dunkel. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch beim Frühstück. Konnten bereits am Vormittag einchecken, was sehr angenehm war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Wellness-Bereich ist etwas verwinkelt und verteilt. War jedoch in Ordnung. Klare Empfehlung! 」

My cousin and I needed to keep our bags somewhere while we snowboarded at kitzski, since our checkout time was at 10am, they allowed us to keep our bags in a separate room. 「The staff when I check in is so nice and patient to explain the location and how to stay and ski in the area with great details. I really appreciate. The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. 」
