「No thanks to Expedia, our stay was great. Expedia dropped the ball AGAIN and booked us rooms that weren’t available. We got notified the day of arrival that our room was cancelled. I called the property and they found a way to fit us in but told us that they had notified Expedia over a month ago that half of the property rooms were unavailable, which Expedia never updated on their website. Thankfully, the staff at The New Hotchatown Lodge were amazing and super helpful and everything worked out....

「Its down on a Hollow and requires a truck for access. Bath tub never got hot, no hot water for tub. Hot tub would not shut off. Several lite bulbs were out. Bring your own pillows. It wasnt clean when we arrived and yes they were aware of 2pm arrival, we arrived at 230.」

「This cabin is cozy and well stocked for long stays. The layout works for our family of six. We joked at the name Breathless. Is it the stairs? 😂 The driveway is very steep, our 4x4 didn’t have a problem going up and down, but the minivan wasn’t having it. I couldn’t find the broom and dust pan. The shower is on the small side. The available in cabin wifi saved us because Verizon doesn’t work in this area. Wifi calling enabled on the cellphone worked fine for us. Bottom line. The...
