Room needed lots of work!

Check-in was done from outside. It was very windy and I couldn’t hear. Room was very clean. 5 star Refrigerator didn’t work. TV didn’t work. I had to take the lid off the toilet tank to flush toilet. Website advertised free breakfast but they didn’t have one.

Worse place I’ve ever stayed. The pool was full of debris, the shower head was full of calcium deposits, the ac was very loud, there was no coffee anywhere on the property, and there was no continental breakfast as advertised. The place should be condemned!

Dirty, hairs hanging off of random objects in room, dirt everywhere. stains, no cable, no internet, left early because I had a no refund and it was not worth the hassle. NEVER staying here again.

Not allowed to check in

Didn't get to stay. Despite Hotels.com saying there were rooms left ... the hotel actually had a leak and did not let me check in. They hotel itself had at keast 10 windows broken out and looked bombed out. Probably for the best.

It was an extremely unsafe place to stay. We actually ended up leaving and finding a different hotel. The lock on our door was broken off completely and the door looked broken into recently. There were red stains on the door. Not sure if it was blood or not.

The room looked like a crime scene. I wish I could post pictures with this review. The TV and Internet did not work. You conduct your business through 6 x 10“ hole in a window from outside. You are definitely in the bad part of town.
