「Really nice overall stay. The property is nicely located and quite clean across the board. The property is quite creaky, but if you can get past that, it’s great. Really nice social house too, which worked really well for us. The host was also great, super friendly and easy to reach if needed. 「The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...
