"The stay was exceptional. I’ve never seen natural beauty like this in my life. I truly enjoyed the hotel and Ninh Binh and cannot wait to be back. The only recommendation I have is the service was on the slow side. While at the poolside, we’d order food and drinks and it sometimes took up to 30-35 mins to have the items delivered.., same for dinner. Other than that everything was great"

"Really lovely location in the rice fields! The staff were super friendly and helpful with organising transport and things to do in Ninh Binh. The location was a bit out of the way, but easy enough to get around via Grab. The breakfast was really good, with freshly cooked omelettes or pho each morning! However, we did see a number of rats in the property - never in our room, but in the reception area and kitchen. Not sure if it was due to time of year or if this is a long term problem, but it wasn't nice to see!"

"Great location. Excellent view. Pool was clean and warm. Quite a few bugs in the room, mostly on the bed, and when we asked the staff they explained that it was termite season and to keep the lights off the bed. Not sure this made me feel more comfortable but staff did offer to change the bed sheets and even our room. Breakfast was a little disappointing."
