"I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks. Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy. During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me! "

"A true gem in Ho Chi Minh City Mai House is an absolute must when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel exudes elegance and boutique charm, with superb service that makes every guest feel truly special. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The concierge team is impeccable—always attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The pool and common areas are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to enhance the quality of meat in the Friday and Saturday seafood buffet. That said, I will always choose Mai House for my stays in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so at home."
