1, no checking in counter and no clear notice for such big difference, this should written on the top of reminders. 2, Hotel people took more than one hour to come to bring me to the room. 3, Hotel people does not know to speak English at all, if they could not communicate properly, don't manage the international business. 4, No room service at all, only 2 towels for 4 nights. No garbage cleaning. It's terrible. 5, Hotel people added the Wechat App for communication but super slow or no response at all. 6, Pls put this hotel or service apartment in your blacklist, it's way too bad comparing to other ones like Somerset for example.

Great little spot to check out Ho Chi Minh City! No frills, easy access, great location, friendly staff and very responsive! The location is right off the Main Street which allows great accessibility to all the cool things in the city while still being a private retreat from the hustle and bustle! Would stay here again!!

I had a wonderful stay! The location was superb — everything was within walking distance, including the main market and several great restaurants, even Indian ones. Phuong was a great host and made the stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

great place to stay - private but still convenient, lots of amenities inside and outside and really easy to find (the street can fit car and motorbike at once so we don't need to walk a lot). the host is super responsible - almost right away everytime. will def stay next time :D

I only stayed for one night and mostly out, i departed early as well. The room is neat and cleaned, easily access to many convenient stores and mini mart on the first floor. It's good for business trip in the suburb! Phuong was very kind, clear instruction and replied my asks instantly. For the price, it's definitely worth it. Many thanks to him.

Nos hôtes ont été très réactifs et forts de propositions dans ce qu’on recherchait à proximité. Ils ont été très serviables. L’arrivée et le départ en toute autonomie sont pratiques. Les enfants ont adoré la petite attention. Il y a un centre commercial et des restaurants à côté.

We had an amazing stay at Phuong’s stay! The location is amazing with so many things to do. The room is comfortable and has everything you would need. I tried out the spa downstairs and it was the best massage I have had in Ho Chi Minh city. Phuong was accommodating and answered all our messages promptly. I can’t recommend Phuong’s place enough and would definitely stay there again.
