Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety and very delicious. The rooftop infinity pool with sauna and the pool bar are awesome- so very nice to be able to relax there after a hot day. Very surprised not many guests were taking advantage of that facility.

We stayed for 7 nights, location was excellent, room was very clean. Love the bathroom. We received free upgrade to the family suite due the the construction's noise. The staffs were amazing friendly, polite, helpful and super attentive. Rooftop bar was incredible, the infinity pool was nice. I didn’t know of this hotel chain but it’s a good option outside of some of the other major international brands and a decent quality for Vietnam. Great breakfast, attentive staff and good rooms.

One of the nicest hotel we had been in. Rooms are spacious, luxurious. The personel is incredible warm and welcoming. Close to all ammennities, Saigon centre. Vincom centre, market. Splendid rooftop pool and bar. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel

The property is under renovation however I never heard any construction aside from in the lobby. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Ho Chi Minh. Easy to walk to the busy more populated areas and nice a quiet at night.

Nice hotel tucked away on a quieter side street. walking distance to Post Office, Opera House, Japan Town and Vincom Center. Hotel staff are excellent and very kind and hospitable. Breakfast was very good. Lobby recently renovated but rest of hotel needs an upgrade. We were on the 11th floor and were awaken often during our week long stay by staff noises early in the mornings coming from the 12th floor. Walkway up to the pool was a bit dingy but the pool and lounge were nice and comfortable. Good overall stay just stay away from the 11th floor.
