I had a wonderful time at the Nikko Hotel Saigon! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating! I really loved the style of my hotel room and I felt it was very clean and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the beautiful views from the room windows. The bathroom was wonderful and the amenities were fantastic!

Nice environment. Close to the city of HCMC. There’s a large shopping mall next to the hotel providing food , clothings, and entertainment. The staff of the hotel are very helpful.

This a great hotel!! Service is amazing!! I suggest for those that like to get pampered to buy deluxe room with executive lounge = superior services. Our family stayed on the 23rd floor, amazing experience!! Highly recommend and will be back!! Seafood buffet is amazing as well!!

The hospitality, the food, the spa was a 10 out of 10 I would recommend staying there again. The only issue I had was the mildew smell but the staff was happy to provide us with another room otherwise the hotel itself was amazing.

Excellent 5-star hotel with great service and physical properties. Rooms appear to have been recently refurbished using the old hardware—light switches and outlets are located in strange places. But the swimming poo, gym and sauna are all in great condition. Hotel location is THE problem as the neighborhood has no decent restaurants or stores to shop.
