「The place looked good when we arrived but took a fall from grace when we went to dinner, steak was on the menu but all three of us could not even cut it with a steak knife and the amount of people sending the steak back agreed with us it really put us off and the breakfast was not much better when we told the staff they were not interested overall disappointed」

「This is an ultimate holiday. The lodge is extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and an absolute eye candy !! Food is of high quality and very well presented. Staff are amazing. Pleasant, attentive and very quick to respond. The Game drives are very well planned. We were lucky to have Cameron as our guide and driver and Muzi as our spotter. They work in close unison. Cameron is an encyclopaedia and takes time to explain you everything. They also treat you very well with the Amarula coffee and...

「The lodge is lovely with very attentive staff. The cat sanctuary is a must visit and trips to Hluhluwe was easy to organise. It is an easy drive to St Lucia and to Bayete to see the elephant education demonstration which is a must-do.
Be aware that there is very little around there so likely you will need to eat dinner at the lodge. The foods is quite plain with not much choice. Also be aware that the rooms have no TVs.
I would recommend the Lodge for its position and the attentive staff.」
