The staff were top notch and extremely gracious/helpful whenever needed. I stayed in the older part of the hotel and there were a few spiders.

Good hotel, central.

Very central. Nice staff. I always book the rooms at the hotel at the same place as the restaurant. The rooms down town is not that cosy and comfort.

Good and comfortable hotel.

Generally good hotel. Old buildings but renovated not too long ago by my judgement. Only real complaint is that in our room the bathroom was a bit small, with the toilet just fitting between the shower and the wall and with a radiator just in front of it. Being over 6 feat and not thin, this meant I had to sit at a 45 degree angle on the toilet. It was ok and doable, but not really comfortable. Otherwise it was a good and comfortable hotel with friendly attentive staff.

Decent place

Hotellet was perfectly ok for a few nights in Hjorring. It was very central and the room was clean and bright. Note there is no fridge. I was a bit perplexed by the loud noise a night - including a major party in central Hjorring that started at 1:30 a.m. and went on for 2-3 hours? I might ask ahead about what's going on before booking with small children. I never did find out why it was so loud at night for such a sleepy-seeming town!

I stayed in this hotel because it was convenient and affordable option from the ferry at Hirshals I was taking the next day. Only about a 20 minute drive to the ferry. Check in was easy once I figured out that you check into the restaurant, they were very helpful and nice. from the place I checked in, I drove down the street to the parking garage and then walked a short distance to the hotel which my room was down the street from the restaurant , where everything is opened with a keypad. The room is very small, but clean. There aren’t a lot of options if you’re taking the ferry the next day that are at this price point, so for that I would stay here again. It was a Thursday night, so there wasn’t a lot going on, not really a lot offood options at night, but a couple small bars were open. Overall, it did the job.

Dinner and breakfast was excellent. Elevator not function was optimal in combination with the available steel stairs. It was very noisy during the night. Normally in the summer floor heating should be shut off.

Disgusting rooms!

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. At first I got my room kay from the staff from the restaurant. I got room 1. When entering the room the towels was on the floor, and the bed was not fixed. I went down again to the restaurant and got one staff with me up to the rooms, we looked at room 1 and I got the key of room 2. This room was not cleaned, I got the key for room 3. This was not cleaned as well. Room 4 was occupied. Rom 5 was clean. When in the room the merrow was dirty like someone’s head had been pressed against it. Hair was also in the sink. It was late and I went to bed. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The feeling of sleeping in a dirty room is not nice. Unfortunately I am too kind to complain. I wished I would demand the money back and looked for another hotel.

Smala långa spiraltrappor,svårt att ta sig upp o ner. Ingen nödutgång. Rummen är ok! Förövrigt inget jag vill rekommendera. Ingen personal när man checkar ut. Kändes som vi var helt övergivna på hotellet,att det var bara vi som bodde där? Det var ingen trevlig upplevelse!

Vi havde et fint ophold på hotellet i Hjørring, men der er desværre nogle detaljer, der trækker helhedsindtrykket ned. Det er tydeligt, at stedet for nylig har været igennem en renovering, men det virker som om, man har forsøgt at holde omkostningerne nede undervejs. Værelserne fremstår pæne og lyse, men de tynde gipsvægge og linoleumsgulvene giver mere et vandrehjems- end et hotelindtryk. Servicen var høflig, men meget begrænset. Der var f.eks. ingen mulighed for at få en ekstra hovedpude eller andre småting, der normalt hører med til et hotelophold i denne prisklasse. Det gør, at man hurtigt føler sig som en standardgæst frem for en velkommen én. Morgenmaden var heller ikke dårlig – faktisk smagte den ganske udmærket, og vi blev mætte. Men der manglede lige lidt wauw-faktor. Det hele var meget basis, og især det tyndtskårne franskbrød trak ned. Lidt friskere udvalg eller ekstra detaljer kunne hurtigt løfte oplevelsen. Alt i alt et hotel der fungerer, hvis man blot skal have tag over hovedet en nat eller to, men ikke et sted man husker – eller vender tilbage til – for selve oplevelsens skyld.

Pas på. Meget dyrt for kun en seng. Ingen TV. Ingen bøjler i skab. Ingen køleskab i udslidt opholdsstue. Konstant larm fra udsugning på toilet. Ingen hovedpudebetræk. Ingen parkeringsmuligheder i nærheden. Skulle gå 10 minutter fra indcheckningstedet

Det bette hotel, Hjørring

Vi ankom til Hotellet, Nørregade, Hjørring. Kunne ikke finde det, vidste godt hvor det skulle ligge, men kunne ikke finde indgangen. Det viste sig vi skulle ind på Restaurant Konsekvent, fik hjælp af forbipasserende, hvor vi skulle melde vores ankomst. Det viste sig vores værelse lå I Stokbrogade 6a 1 sal ca 500 m fra indmeldigen. P var der ikke tæt på værelset, måtte p i et p hus ca 200-300 m fra værelset. Ikke optimalt når vi er ikke så godt gående begge 2. Havde det regnet eller været dårlig vejr var der langt. Over hovedet ikke optimalt. Vi fandt senere ud af vi godt kunne have kørt i Stokbrogade, men for at komme ind i den rigtig ende (enrettet) krævede at man var sted kendt i byen. Værelse og toilet var ok. Men lille elendig elevator. Det er ikke et hotel vi vil vælge igen. Forvirrende med alle de steder det var spredt rundt om. Ikke anbefalet til handicappede og gangbesværede. Vores bestilte morgenmad må vi tilbage i Nørregade for at få.

Dårlig renhold desverre

Koselig hotell, fin rom, men grådig skittent. Vasket og støvsugde selv. Tok kontakt med hotellet om saken og viste bilder . Ingen oppfølging etter det . Trist . Fordi betjeningen var hyggelig, god mat, og ellers fint .

Herrliche Unterkunt in renoviertem Haus mitten im Städtchen,neben Einkaufszone. Aber! Samstag auf Sonntag, von Mitternacht bis 3 Uhr morgens extrem laut, da irgendwo ein Speaker Leute unterhielt und es lauthals gesungen wurde.

Personal kann ich nicht beurteilen da keines vor Ort. Blöd ist einfach die Lage in der Fussgängerzone vom Nebengebäude. Vor allem wenn man mit dem Motorrad reist und den ganzen Krimskrams vom P durch die Gassen im Regen schleppen muss. Bei der Buchung war dies nicht ersichtlich. Wäre aber nett wenn ein Hinweis da gewesen wäre. Dann hätte ich nicht gebucht. Ansonsten wäre es ein hübscher Ort für Rollkoffertouristen. Darum vergebe ich nur 1 Stern für insgesamt.
