「Good breakfest」

「The cabin was a remote base to explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 including 2 teenage boys. The geothermal hot tub was a fun treat too. The hike to Eldborg Crater was a nice adventure with great views from the (steep) summit.」

「It’s a very nice and cozy place with a beautiful mountain view! They also provide a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. I really like it!」

「Really bad reception service, the doors couldn’t be locked from inside or outside. The door was opened by the wind at night. The electrify shouted down at night without knowing any reason then the room became all dark. The air condition is noisy and vibrated all night.」

「Staff helped check in by taking our car evening call. We were disappointed, however, that the refrigerator was not working. There were things in the fridge. There was no sign saying it’s out of order. So we put our stuff in and some of it went bad. Also when we reported it to the staff they just said thank you for the information no apology no ice to recover the other food just going to serve a fancy breakfast to the other guests.」

「Street parking is good. A quiet street but close to the scenic points」

「This apartment is clean and functional. However, a few things to be aware of:- - the view and location is not ideal - whilst it has a "sea view", it is actually partly a harbour view, and partly looking at a harbour wall and tonnes of aggregate in bags. It's much more industrial than the pictures would have you think. The location is also in a street with derelict buildings, and isn't on the side of town with the mountain in the background. 「The property surroundings were beautiful and picturesque! My kids enjoyed the play structures/trampoline and exploring the hills behind the property. It also served as a great location for exploring the peninsula. We were all disappointed that the advertised hot tub was broken - it would have been nice to have been warned as such or compensated in some way as this was an amenity we were all looking forward to.」
