「This place is a hidden gem despite the dilapidated building next door. Don’t let the looks deceive you, it’s very clean and staff is very friendly. 10/10 would recommend. The entrance to the parking lot is a little tricky to find but not terrible.」

「Stayed in the Ozark Suite for our wedding anniversary, the room was beautiful and very clean! The front toilet was clogged when we got there and no one ended up coming to fix it when I called, but luckily there was the toilet in the bedroom so it wasn't a real issue. 」

「The room was very clean, staff was always upfront ready to help. Wish there were better options for a restaurant next door because IHOP was horrible waited over an hour and never got our food so decided to leave back to the hotel and bought noodles from the front desk instead. Thankful the front desk had options to pick from. 」

「The hotel deserves a high rating because the staff is very responsive to any needs that you have. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and they keep that place in tiptop condition. Really enjoyed my stay. Will come back again when I’m in the area.」
