"The property was amazing. Check-in was very smooth and excellent explanations. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.
The hot spring was also really nice. They change the men's/women's periodically, so make sure to experience both!
I especially appreciated the fine touches that gave me a small smile - the same artist who made the flower vases also made the coffee cups in the lounge :) And the coffee was excellent."

"The Hinanosato was renovated about 6-8 years ago and it is an amazing place to stay - the decor is heavy on 60's themes which gives it a mellow / laid back feel. The staff are great, the breakfasts were wonderful and our room had a spectacular view of the Mikuma river. Parking on site is very limited but they have a couple parking lots nearby that can be used. Highly recommend this hotel!"
