「My partner and I shared a single king-size bed, which was amazingly comfortable and had the best pillows. The room was a bit small, but for just us it was perfect. Like other reviewers have said, if you want more room, get a double, but otherwise it's just the right size. Breakfast is a little less exciting than what you might get at, say, a Hampton Inn, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. You had the option of a breakfast sandwich (Jimmy Dean) or a small, premade omelette, as well as options...

「So relaxing and beautiful surroundings! Our hosts were amazing and the cookies at check in were so delicious!! The town of Elsah is literally you taking a step back in time! Over 50% of the town is the original buildings from the mid 18 hundreds! The Bald Eagles were very active when we were there! Our hosts gave us a private tour of the town’s museum it was amazing! You can’t go wrong staying there and visiting 」
