"There is an extra fee called an urban fee that cost 26 dollars per day you stay and you also have to pay tax on top of everything. This fee is for breakfeast and other amenities that don't even come close to being worth the extra money. The breakfast only lets you get one item for each person in your room without paying extra. The bed are ok nothing special, but the pillows suck. "

"This hotel is always a nice spot. My go-to in Chicago. It is consistently clean, the food selection at Hoyt’s is great and Juan is a wonderful server there. I typically arrive late but my room is always ready and I have no issues with amenities or location in the city. Love Royal Sonesta"
