「We booked two nights and enjoyed the hotel so much we stayed a third night. I very seldom give a perfect score to a hotel but this was well deserved. The staff were outstanding! The hotel was immaculate plus it was a “green” property. We highly recommend staying and enjoying the rooftop view of Lake Michigan……」

「I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. 「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」
