"The advertisement for the room stated that breakfast was free. However, when I asked at the front desk, I was told it cost $8 per person, and you could only pick three items. Some of the items available were a hard-boiled egg, an apple, or yogurt, so it was definitely not the free breakfast that was advertised. There were also homeless people sleeping right outside the property fence every night, which made the area feel uncomfortable. The hotel did not have vending machines for food, only drinks, and they were also out of the food items they normally sell in the lobby. The staff seemed nice overall, but they did not explain things clearly and often seemed distracted or not fully paying attention."

"Room was clean and great for the price. The staff were wonderful. Only thing I found a little awkward was there was no place to put anything in the washroom example a shelf or small table for your toiletries when getting ready, but we made it work. Wonderful location close to everything and just around the corner from one of the top 50 bar in the USA. Definitely worth the visit. "
