「Great location and we really like the premier studio unit for two people. The staff is very helpful. No air conditioning, but we've been able in previous years to manage with a box fan, but it was just too hot this year. They offered swamp coolers, which they delivered promptly, but no instructions! Ran it last night and it was noisy but effective, except for beeping, which I guess was a water indicator. Had it on in the room this morning and it was like a swamp in there - have since...

「We really enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed with the women who was at the front desk when we checked in. She wasn't friendly and was condescending in regards to questions we had about our stay. Later when we went to the pool there was a gentleman at the desk and he was very helpful, our ice maker wasn't working and he got us a bag of ice. He was very pleasant.」

「Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.」

「The best night’s sleep I had during a week long road trip! The unit is very good, the bed is spectacular (even though it’s a Murphy bed). The location rocks. The complex is due for some much needed seasonal maintenance. The hot tub needs an overhaul. Otherwise, great stay!」

「Loved how close it is to the center of town. We walked everywhere. Only time we used the car was grocery shopping. This was a nice size property for a 3 night trip. Nice size living/dining and kitchen. I agree with some other comments that it is a bit tired looking, cabinets are scratched and worn, floor trim is broken. But that didn't deter from having a nice time.」
