快適でした
とても清潔感があり、アメニティもしっかり揃っていて、とても快適に過ごせました。お風呂の湯船が広いのも、ゆったり入浴で きてとても良かったです。
駅から近いのに、静かで落ち着いた場所だったのも良かったです。

とても綺麗で過ごしやすいおうちホテルでした。金、土の2泊3日でしたが、快適な上にお値打ちなお値段でとても助かりました。駅からも徒歩10分程で利便性も良いです。

セルフサービスのホテルという点で何も期待せずに利用しましたが、想像以上に広くて清潔でアメニティも良く、居心地が良かったです。広電廿日市駅南側まで歩けば、平日ですがローカルな飲み屋・飲食店が多く営業していました。

清潔だったので、洗面所、トイレの異臭を除くと大満足。トイレと浴室が別になっており良い。電化製品が揃っており大変便利。
タブレッㇳの初期画面がなかなか出なくて困った。ベッドがやや狭く2人で寝るには狭い。

良い点は室内の洗濯設備。
旅の1番の荷物は汚れ物。
部屋から出ることなく洗えて干せて、出かける際にはまた着てでれる！めちゃくちゃ便利でした！最小限の荷物で旅にでれる、便利な宿！下手なホテルより、水回りが充実していた。
湯船も広く疲れがながれました！
駐車場がないのガラ残念でした。
荷物の出し入れ不便でした。

1週間ほど滞在しました。
施設自体は新築の1K賃貸マンションのような間取りでした。建物自体は綺麗です。
常駐の受付などはいません。
電話対応は緊急時のみで、基本はメッセージやメールでやり取りするようになっています。だからなのか対応はかなり遅いです。
1度チェックインしたら、シーツの交換、浴室の掃除などはチェックアウトするまでされません。防犯上したかないのかもしれませんね。
受付の対応がかなり横柄だったことが残念でした。
