I absolutely love it it's been the best home away from home, the staff are all so very nice and it's nice having laundry machines not having to travel for doing laundry.... First time staying in this Hotel on out trups to Japan and we were not disappointed. Itnis located in a very convenient area for food, shopping as well as only a 15 minute or so walk to the Peace Memorial park. The hotel staff were awesome. The rooms were beautiful as well. This hotel was conveniently located within Hiroshima along a main corridor so it was really easy to get around but still very quiet. My only complaint was the room we were in the AC sits above one of the twin beds and it was leaking water directly onto the bed all night. Staff were lovely and professional.
