Great central hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Within walking distance of a lot of Kyoto's sights and handy as well for metro and shops. Lots of options for breakfast/lunch and dinner nearby too.

There was no breakfast option, but the room made up for it.
A spacious room with incredible amenities. Getting to the hotel at the end of the day felt like getting home!

We appreciated the amenities in the guest lounge. The breakfast buffet was much appreciated for its variety. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add more laundry machines.

Great location, right next to a skytrain. There is a free onsen attached with 2 hot pools, 1 cold, and a sauna which was lovely to use after a long day of walking. The front desk staff were also great, they let us check in 3 hours early since our room was ready.
