「Location just above the Christmas market. Nice view of the mountain and the market. However, a bit far from the main station ~15 min walk and was noisy due to the market. Room is spacious. Cooking utensils in good condition.」

「One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom.

2. TV ohne Kanalverbindung? 3. Abfluss im Bad war sehr träge. 」

「Our room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot. In addition, the window blinds didn't provide full blackout coverage, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and frequently dropped out.」
