「Amazing stay with absolutely delicious food, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. The hospitality was outstanding and the staff made me feel truly welcome from the very beginning. They go above and beyond for their guests, and I would definitely come back again.」

「The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
