「The staff are nice and helpful. It’s clean」

「Excellent location. Right in the centre of the CBD area. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful too. Cleanliness needs some improvement tho. We had large bugs in the bathroom for two consecutive nights (not sure what kind of bug it is and where they came from). 「Overall experience is excellent. The shower needs much improvement！」

「The hotel is excellent in many areas, close to Aselaide bus terminal, China Town and South Australia market. Unluckily, no supermarket close by, need to go to Rundle mall. The space and equipment of the hotel are very good. Staff are very helpful.」
