「Didn’t realise our first room was shared bathroom and wasn’t suitable with a young teenage girl called reception if they had a room with a private bathroom in which the lady kindly moved our room to accommodate that, no questions asked or additional fee, the lady on the desk was lovely and very helpful! 」

「Very convenient and good value for money if you’re professional and working a lot of hours in the area. Very modest, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially one member of the staff who found me extra pillows very late at night. 」
