フロントや食事のスタッフさんがニコニコして親切ですごく良かったです。足を怪我してたので簡易ベットを用意して下さったり、座椅子も持って来て下さったり、朝ごはんの時近い席を用意して下さったり、至れり尽くせりでした。食事も豪華で美味しかったです。 一つ残念なのは部屋のおトイレが狭くて使いにくかった点です、

夜の懐石料理の充実を希望します。夢乃井のイメージは 料理旅館（ホテル）で私たちは仲間内で呼び合ってました。今回宿泊して、価格は違いますが、2週間前に有馬温泉　兵衛向陽閣に宿泊して、今回夢乃井に宿泊して、以前は設備及び大浴場等は違うけれど、懐石料理はそんなに 価格差は感じませでしたが、今回は肉料理で大差が付きました。 残念ですね。見た感じは肉差しが有って食べれば不味過ぎます。一度検討の議題にあげてください。

最高の旅行になりました

スタッフの方がすごく良かったです。チェックイン時私のミスでトラブルがありましたが、スムーズに対応して下さいました。本当に感謝です。大浴場はたくさんの種類のお風呂があり、露天風呂も最高でした。食事も種類豊富で大満足です。久しぶりの旅行で本当にゆっくり過ごすことができました！また機会あったら利用したいです。

露天風呂が…

露天風呂付きのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、外から丸見えのため利用できませんでした。楽しみにしていたのですが残念でした。 お料理はとても良かったです！ アメニティにパックもあり、充実していました。
