This was a 1-night stay for work. Booking stated could not arrive until 6pm. When I called in advance and spoke with Simon, he stated I could arrive before that time, just to knock on the door and you would be let in (as I was arriving on a Monday and the pub does not open until 6pm on Monday's). ...
