"Had a room with 2 queen beds. Room was very large. Very good hot breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was very cold. My grandchildren could not swim. Hot tub was also only lukewarm. Disappointed. Requested an extra pillow. Was told here were no extras."

"The hall smelled like cat pee. Pets were allowed so every morning there was a dog barking outside. A/C could not keep up, but staff did find us a fan. Not enough outlets in the room. Q- Tips and Kleenex behind the furniture."
