"Just want to thank all the staff at the Casa Ridge for making our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms have everything you would need and the décor is beautiful I left my passport, which I needed for a flight back from Pietermaritzburg at Casa Ridge and they went out of their way to get the passport to me so that I could catch my flight. "The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!"

"We were kept up all night by noisy neighbors (residents) who had a part next to our bedroom. Although staff tried to help things did not improve. Not wanting to risk this happening again we felt forced to move to a different location, despite having only used 1 of our 5 nights rental. We were not compensated for this in any way and management failed to reach out to us, even though we’ve made at least 5 attempts to contact them. Don’t go there. Location not good either"
