"We stayed twice, once before and once after our cruise. The hotel staff were very nice, and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and a good space. We had a problem with the air conditioner one night, which they brought a fan. It appeared the floor we were on was experiencing some issues. The fan and opening the window actually was quite comfortable. The breakfast was standard. They have a large variety of foods, although basic continental breakfasts. I would stay here again. All the accommodations were quite comfortable. They have a nice lobby area for sitting. With outside sitting as well. They have an indoor full restaurant for dinner at cost. We tried one night, again very basic but you’re in Copenhagen. Go out try the amazing restaurants in the area."
