"The staff was great! Breakfast was cereal, oatmeal, toast, and juice/coffee. Not the newest fixtures (tub a little rusty, doors a bit splintered, etc), but overall was a decent place to stay when passing through."

"Terrible… Rude front desk staff from the beginning. On top of that, Hotels.com charged me for the room for two nights, and Hampton also charged me for the room for two nights. Now, neither one of them will admit fault and I can’t get my overcharged money back."
