「From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, courteous, and highly professional. Every interaction—from front desk to housekeeping—was marked by genuine smiles and a willingness to help. The food at the in-house restaurant was simply outstanding. The breakfast buffet had a great variety—Indian, Continental, and healthy options. Eventhough it was short stay with them I will be looking forward to come back .」

「Great hotel located conveniently near the highway . Beautiful surrounding,amazing atmosphere and friendly staff who were always helpful.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi. This was my 5th stay in the last 3 years I hope to be back for another stay in few months time . Thanks a ton Team Holiday Inn Kochi ..」

「Vi är ett äldre par som reser runt på egen hand i Kerala, mestadels på budgethotell. Här ligger standarden på en helt annan nivå. Allt håller hög klass, speciellt frukosten och buff’en på kvällen. Enda nackdelen är läget vid en mycket hårt trafikerad gata - man går inte gärna ut och promenerar runt kvarteret. I så fall får man ta en tuk-tuk till något mer trevligt ställe.」
