「If you’re looking for luxury, this is not it. Centrally located but our first room was filthy and the room they moved us to was certainly out of date. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast and the balcony in our room.」

「O quarto que aluguei era diferente das fotos, quando fui reclamar sobre isso, a recepcionista me disse que a alteração de quarto só seria possível com a gerente (estava ausente no momento), entretanto outra pessoa me informou que todos os quartos são iguais e que não há diferença ou categorias. Quando cheguei ao quarto o ar condicionado não funcionou, e então pedi troca de quarto (entretanto a TV não funcionou neste novo quarto, e quando funcionou, fomos informados que só funcionaria 1...

「I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable.」

「The best thing about this place is the location: right in front of the beach, a lot of restaurants and bars right down the stairs, close to public transportation, grocery stores and to Shopping Barra. The staff here is phenomenal, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The rooms and room furniture could use an upgrade.」
