This was one of the cleanest place I’ve stayed in all my travels. It had such a homey feel to it and was very “air b n b” like. They had a binder to help visitors find what to eat and do in town. There were no bath towels when we first arrived (which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 as I had to wait awhile) but staff were communicative and responsive. Keep in mind that if you are booking to be close to Zion National Park, it is an hour away. I made that mistake but stumbled upon this hidden gem!

I stayed for 2.5 days and had a very pleasant experience. The suite was clean, updated, and cozy, with a private and quiet atmosphere. The patio was a great addition and made the space feel even more comfortable. The suite included all the basic necessities. I would recommend this stay for both couples and families. 10/10

The room was so amazing. The bed springs were a tiny issue. However the thoughtfulness of the layout of the room was impeccable. The extra snacks were incredible. We also loved the Roku TV. Overall a great hotel and definitely would stay in it again.

Easy parking. Not many dining options near the hotel. Eating options are available in the next town, however, that is in another state with a one hour time difference! clean and modern rooms. Liked the snacks and coffee available in the room. Even though there is no staff located at the hotel, they were easily reached by phone.

Located in area that we were able to come and go easily. It’s nothing fancy, clean, beds were comfortable. I would stay again,we weren’t at the place long did a great deal of hiking. We rented for the week, nothing much in the town, but easy to get to the locations we wanted. Had a microwave, small frig, Kerig coffee pot. We could have used a couple utensils. Parking was fine. The edge brewery had good food.

It's a suite so you enter a living room/kitchen with a large tv on the wall and a nice sized bathroom on the side. passing through a door, you enter the bedroom, which is large with a king sized bed and another large tv on the wall. Outside that is a patio, which you can light. They have a binder with places to eat (not many really) and other local information. Well woth staying at as long as you don't mind the limited dining in the area.

Room was more like a small apartment - Very spacious. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Nice private patio. I would definitely stay here again. They don't have a breakfast or hot tub but I think that's coming.

Good Value for the Money

Very comfortable bed, pull out sofa bed not so much but they never are. Kitchen units kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes etc. even has a Keurig coffee maker. This Inn is about 50 minutes from the entrance to Zion so if being closer I suggest Springdale but of course the prices will reflect as expected. The restaurants in the area is somewhat limited but the 2 we ate at, especially the Blue Agave were excellent.
