"This is a wonderful place in such a great location! Parking is convenient and it is right on the strip so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room was very nice and comfortable. They had a great pool. We really enjoyed our stay here."

"Perfect location as a base for Zion NP. Town shuttle 200 yards away which connects to all of Springdale & the national park visitor center. The views are awe-inspiring. High rent but well worth it. If here when warm has a very nice pool with hot tub & 4 water features for the kids. But the highlight is the view. In the top 3 of any accomodation I've ever had & I'm a traveler & 65."

"Loved the room design and my wife loved the copper tub. A little misleading with "hot tub" as a description. The room was modern but for the price missed some basic amenities- coffee avaialbe in room and microwave. There was a kitchenette style counter with full size sink but no coffee maker??? Check-in was a little awkward. You call to let them know you are there then they send you a code to get into your room- that part is great. However, the text never came and we were in Zion and receiving it would be impossible anyways. The good news was when we arrived after our day of hiking waiting for a our room, there was someone in the office and gave us our information. Here is something that they should really look into- my wife and I stayed on the second floor. As the sun went dow. We sat on some chairs facing the mountains on the corner of the building on the second floor. This was apparently part of a service paid for by the person in the corner room. It was embarrassing being no signage or even a privacy screen to determine that this was something a guest would have paid to have access to. The embarrassing part was the guest was outside enjoying what they paid for access until he corrected us. Overall it was okay. Over priced and not well thought out for guest experience. "
