This hotel is very conveniently located next to the OCAT and the Station. Everything is automated from the check in at a Kiosk, forwarding your luggage, and even storing your luggage is all done through your phone or a kiosk. If you make it error, it is time consuming bc you are not dealing with help from customer service. You have to figure it out yourself. I loved that the 7-11 was inside the hotel. The rooms were very clean. It's a big hotel so a lot of people go through the system so I get why its automated. I would book this hotel again although on the pricy side for it convenience to transportation.

10 minutes walk from Hakata Station. There were only 2 chairs for 3 people. Since there were 2 stools it was not a big problem. Room is small considering that it is a apartment room for 3 people. Kitchen knives need sharpening. Room was clean. Toothbrush and paste were provided which I don't see in many hotels nowadays. Overall, it was a good stay.

Rooms are teeny tiny. Basically space for the beds only. Also found it really odd and frustrating that the entrance light is motion activated. Plus it’s next to the bathroom door meaning any time someone uses the bathroom at night, the light goes on and stays on for 3 mins. This isn’t a dim light. It’s very bright. The next morning I talked to the front desk who said they can’t deactivate it but did offer to put a shade around it. This in a sense deactivated it but made it also so that light could not be used the rest of our stay. We stayed 7 nights in total. The room staff was very friendly and efficient. We had 4 in our room including 2 kids. For some reason they didn’t count our youngest although they are 4 years old. So we didn’t get 4 towels, only 3. We told the front desk and also specifically asked for 4 towels and on those days we got them but if the next day we didn’t tell them, it was 3 again. One front desk agent was nice and friendly but the rest I will politely classify as unhelpful and uncaring. Went through the motions and with some attitude. Especially one talked to my friend condescendingly. Location was fine. It was nice being next to the fish market and close to the water. Bus stops are conveniently close too. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it.
