"Had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. Biggest negative for us was we could not have our family of 3 in a single room and had to split a 2nd room with another family of 3 in our group. Daily breakfast was great, lots of options for both a Western palette or those wanting something more authentic to Japan. My biggest complaint would be the runny eggs but you can get an omelette cooked on demand. Several coffee options (very small cups though) and the kids loved the ice cream. Always fresh fruit, yogurt and a variety of bread/baking. Never ate lunch or dinner there. Multiple coffee shops on the first floor. Walkable to many dining options and to the bus (we were there for sports)"

"It was a please t stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but I am not a fan of taking it back to the room to prepare and eat. "

"One of the dryers was either not working or clogged. Put my laundry in for an hour, was still damp so I had to hang everything since there was a line of people waiting to use it. Breakfast and service was excellent."
