"Initially we started little issues for room type booked. After hotels.com helped it was resolved. There many positive things. Location is very handy to the station, family mart and 7-11. Rooms where of decent size compared to Japan standard. Initially it might shock but it was ok as u just sleep in. Washing Machine was very useful. Breakfast was decent although very less for vegetarians. No breads given just couple of pastry items. Night dress and amenities given was definitely great memories for kids. Staffs are friendly they make a real effort to help u. Kind of ok English though as long as u have issues. Overall we enjoyed the stay"

"Stayed here 22 years ago on my honeymoon. Came back with our two sons and it is still a fantastic hotel. Perfect location to see Tokyo with a family. Staff are amazing. The roof top bar is special. Rooms are great and location is perfect."

"This is a great hotel for staying around Kichijoji -- which has a great variety of shopping, restaurants and even a nice park with a large pond -- or even for Tokyo in general as it is only a 10/15-minute train ride from Shinjuku. It is super close to Kichijoji station (like 2 minutes). It's also close to Inokashira Koen (Park). The rooms are clean and quiet, if rather small -- that's standard in Japan. We often stay here and would recommend it. "
