Great location and very easy to access major attractions in DT Toronto. Room was on the smaller side but very clean, comfortable and recently renovated. Located directly beside the old Maple Leaf Gardens. Breakfast was good and included in our stay. Good selection of hot and fresh options. Elevators were a bit of an issue as they were very slow and often full which meant a bit of a wait to be able to get on. Other concern was walking the gauntlet of smokers located directly outside the front doors. Overall, it was a great choice for us and would definitely stay again when we are in the city. Go Jays go!

Easy key pickup and convient

I made the mistake and thinking we had the whole apartment to ourself. When we checked in with the concierge over the phone he explained that we were going to be share it with someone else. The wife was not too happy about that especially with one bathroom. So the concierge was able to see I made a mistake and upgraded us to a different suite with a private bathroom. We felt very secure as they had a security guard at the front desk. Also something to make note make sure that you have an account to send $600 cdn via e-transfer, Zelle or PayPal for the damage deposit. Otherwise, the suite are excellent very close to downtown, CN tower, the harbour, union Station and public transportation. There was a lot of restaurants and stores to get food and supplies. We didn’t have to rent a car or drive all public transportation. If we were to come again I would see if we could rent the whole apartment with some friends.

Great location and we could walk everywhere downtown within 15 mins. The property had a grocery store located there which made it very convenient........great spot!

Incredible hotel - unique situation in that we had a medical emergency and the staff was extremely helpful and generously accomodating. We cannot wait to return soon.
